Final Sale: All purchases made at Gabrielle’s Bridal—including off-the-rack gowns, sample items, and custom orders—are strictly final sale. Once an agreement is signed and a payment is processed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Payments: All deposits, partial payments, automated installments, and payments in full are non-refundable.
-
For gowns that are ordered directly from a designer or custom-designed and crafted by our Studio:
Deposit Structure: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total purchase price is required upfront to place your order. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon the dress’s arrival at our Studio (or may be placed on an eligible payment plan as outlined below). Both the deposit and final balance are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
Sizing & Measurements: Custom dresses are ordered based on your exact body measurements taken at the time of your original order. Because every body is unique, minor alterations are standard and should be expected upon your dress’s arrival to achieve a perfect fit.
Body Fluctuations: Gabrielle’s Bridal is not responsible for fit discrepancies resulting from weight loss, weight gain, muscle changes, pregnancy, or other physical body changes that occur between your measurement date and your pickup/wedding date.
Design Approval: For custom-made pieces, clients must review and sign off on all design details, sketches, and fabrications prior to placing the order. Signing your agreement constitutes formal, final approval. Gabrielle’s Bridal is not financially or otherwise responsible if a client changes their mind regarding the design, silhouette, or details after approval.
Production & Wear Dates: Ordering and delivery timelines are based on the wedding date provided at contract signing. While we monitor progress closely, our studio is not liable for manufacturer or fabric supplier shipping delays outside of our direct control.
-
We are pleased to offer flexible in-house payment plans for both in-stock gowns and custom orders to help manage your budget.
In-Stock (Off-the-Rack) Payment Plans
Plan Duration: Payment plans can be set up for a maximum term of six (6) months.
Automatic Processing: Monthly installments are processed automatically via a saved credit card through our secure Square payment system.
Storage & Holds: Your gown will remain safely stored at our Studio, held off the sales floor and reserved exclusively for you throughout the payment plan duration.
Merchandise Release: Dresses may only be picked up and taken home once the account balance has been paid in full.
Custom Order Payment Plans
Initiation: The required 50% initial deposit must be paid upfront to place the custom order (the initial deposit cannot be placed on a payment plan).
Remaining Balance: Upon the gown’s arrival at the Studio, the remaining 50% balance can be placed on a 6-month automated Square payment plan, subject to the standard payment plan guidelines.
Payment Delinquencies, Defaults & Store Credit
First Missed Payment: If a scheduled monthly payment is missed or declined, the payment will automatically defer to the following month, at which time a double payment (2 months’ installments) will be charged to bring the account current.
Second Missed Payment & Default: If the second consecutive payment is missed or declined, the account will enter default. A strict 15-day grace period will be provided to settle the full overdue balance.
Cancellation & Credit Transfer: If the balance is not settled within the 15-day grace period, Gabrielle’s Bridal reserves the right to cancel the payment plan and void the sale. While all funds paid to date remain non-refundable, amounts paid up to the point of cancellation may be converted into a store credit toward another dress or in-stock merchandise.
Card Management: Clients are responsible for ensuring credit card information is up to date and sufficient funds are available for scheduled billing dates.
-
Separate Service: The purchase price of any gown covers the physical garment only. Alteration services are not included in the dress purchase price.
Independent Quotes & Fees: Alterations are handled as a separate transaction with an independent fee structure and require a separate deposit.
No Obligation: We are happy to provide a detailed alterations quote upon request; however, clients are under no obligation to use our Studio’s alteration services.
-
Inspection at Pickup: Upon taking physical possession of your gown, you (or your designated representative) are required to thoroughly inspect the garment for any defects or discrepancies.
Liability Release: Once the gown leaves the physical premises of Gabrielle’s Bridal, our Studio is released from all liability regarding the condition of the garment.
Finding your dream gown should be a joyful and accessible experience, which is why all of our bridal appointments are completely free. To help us keep appointments accessible to every bride, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Meet Gabrielle
For as long as I can remember, owning a bridal studio has been my lifelong dream. My journey into the world of fabric, thread, and lace truly took shape at the Richard Robinson Academy of Fashion Design, where I earned my degree and discovered my absolute passion for bridal architecture. In fact, my award-winning graduation collection was completely dedicated to bridal wear—a moment that solidified exactly where my heart belonged.
Today, as a professional seamstress based right here in Sackville, I specialize in the intricate world of bridal and evening wear. For me, a dress isn't just something you wear; it’s an art piece that deserves a flawless fit, meticulous attention to detail, and absolute care.
When you book a private consultation at the studio, you aren't just getting a stylist—you’re getting a designer's eye and a seamstress's hands guiding you toward your perfect look.
More often than not, you will also find my mother, Carole, poking around the studio and lending a helping hand. Driven by a deep sense of pride and a genuine desire to be surrounded by the pure joy of the wedding journey, she loves being part of the magic. Together, we are here to welcome you, celebrate you, and help you find the perfect dress, tux, or suit for your finest moments.
We can’t wait to meet you!
